We begin by understanding your medical history, having a visual assessment and discussing the treatment plan. Throughout the session, a variety of massage techniques will be used to address your specific concerns and work towards the desired outcome. Whether it's relieving tension, improving flexibility, or enhancing recovery, we are dedicated to helping you feel your best.
After the treatment we'll discuss the next steps to your recovery, including stretches to try and your post massage care information.
During the massage, I'll use songbird massage wax. It's nut free and I have a vegan option should that be your preference. After the massage, to aid in rehydration, you'll receive a complementary bottle of Acqua Panna mineral water.

Prices are based on mobile massage treatment, where parking is provided, within 10 miles of Curbridge, Oxfordshire.
